Where We Ship
We currently serve customers across the United Kingdom. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to your door.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at support@millbrookboutique.com. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
